Trash Caddie Terms and Conditions

1. The Service Trash Caddie provides a residential trash concierge service across the Treasure Coast.

  • Basic Caddie: We move your bins to the curb the evening before your municipal pickup and return them to their storage spot the following day.

  • Caddie Plus: Includes the above, plus cardboard breakdown (up to 10 boxes/week) and a monthly bin sanitization.

2. Access & Schedule

  • Access: You must ensure our team has unobstructed access to your bins by 6:00 PM the night before your city pickup. This includes providing gate codes or unlocking side gates. If we cannot reach your bins, service for that week will be forfeited without refund.

  • Holidays: We follow the holiday schedules of local waste providers (e.g., Waste Management). If your city pickup shifts by a day, our service shifts accordingly.

  • Weather: In the event of a Hurricane Warning or severe tropical weather on the Treasure Coast, service may be suspended for safety.

3. Prohibited Items We will not handle bins containing "Hazardous Waste" or items prohibited by local Florida law. This includes:

  • Pool chemicals, wet paint, motor oil, or batteries.

  • Construction debris (concrete, bricks, heavy lumber).

  • Bins exceeding 50 lbs (to prevent injury and equipment damage).

  • Loose, unbagged animal waste or medical sharps.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Recurring Billing: All plans are monthly subscriptions. By signing up, you authorize Trash Caddie to charge your payment method on file automatically every month.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your Member Profile on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid the next month’s charge.

  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or missed pickups due to restricted access.

5. Liability & Equipment

  • Bin Condition: We are not responsible for damage to bins caused by pre-existing wear and tear or city truck handling.

  • Property: Trash Caddie is not liable for "blow-away" trash caused by wind or animals, nor for fines issued by HOAs or cities for bins left out due to a missed city pickup.

  • Driveways: We are not responsible for standard wear on driveways or turf from moving household waste bins.

6. Termination of Service We reserve the right to refuse renewal of the service to any property.
